First, thank you for your kind heart - individuals like you are what keeps Pawsible assisting puppy raisers in need! To best help those in need with your purchase, buy multiple of one kind of product.
By buying multiple of one type of product, you are optimizing the profits Pawsible makes due to the strucuture of our product pricing and costs of shipping. For example, more money goes to volunteers in need if you buy three shirts of the same design (can be any size), versus buying one shirt of Design A and one of Design B.

What goes in to the pricing of the products?
The cost of the product, the cost of shipping, and the cost of fulfillment is all included in the price you see on our site.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Sadly, we do not ship outside of the United States due to tax and shipping limitations. If you still would like to buy one of our pawesome prodcuts, you are welcome to ship to a friend or family member in the US. Thank you for your interest in supporting Pawsible!
What is Drop Shipping?
Drop shipping is a method of delivering select Pawsible products to you through our third-party fufillment company, Printful. We use Printful to help us sell products without having to keep an inventory, allowing us to manage our online shop most efficiently. This means that the products you receive aren't coming directly from us, but they're still just as great and still feature exclusive designs created by the puppy raisers you're helping with your order!!
How do I donate in addition to my order?
The most effective way to donate is to purchase an item on our Amazon Wishlist! Items purchased through this method will be dispersed directly to puppy raisers in need and assist them in caring for their assistance-dog-in-training. You can also give through our GiveLively. Who made the designs featured on the products?
Puppy raisers!! All the designs you see on these pawesome products are made by the puppy raisers your order supports!
Do you make a profit on my purchase? Where do those profits go?
Yes, we do make a minimal profit on your order and all profits go directly to supporting puppy raisers in need and their dogs!
Pawsible is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization status, and we put all of Pawsible's online shop profits and other donations torwards our mission to support volunteer puppy raisers.
How do you cover the operational expenses of your online store?
Our online store is sponsored by our co-founder and CEO, Vanessa Barker, allowing the store's operational costs to not be factored into the price of your purchase. If you're interested in assisting with Pawsible's operational expenses, please contact email@example.com. We currently do not operate a budget for operational expenses as all funds go to providing financial assistance to puppy raisers.
What is your refund policy?
Keep in mind our refund policy is based on that of Printful's (our drop shipper).
Since our apparel is made-to-order, we unfortunately aren't able to offer exchanges or returns. We only offer returns/exchanges/replacements for damaged or incorrect items. We do not accept returns or exhanges for products that are the wrong fit, size, or not what you were expecting.
We DO accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged, misprinted, or defective. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
What happens if my package is lost?
Pawsible Inc is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at email@example.com before contacting Printful.
