Shipping Policies
Please allow up to 5 days for order processing. Orders are typically processed and shipped Mondays through Fridays within three days of ordering.

 

In most cases, Pawsible products will ship together. If your order contains a product with an extended processing time, your order will be delayed until all products are ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs are based on the shipping speed, weight, and size of your order. All orders are shipped via USPS.

 

Standard Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days 
USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days

 

If shipping is to be delayed for other reasons, you will be contacted within 72 hours of ordering. 

 

Pawsible is not responsible for delayed delivery or incorrect delivery addresses after your order has shipped. Pawsible is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please call the USPS customer service number and file a claim.

 

If you have made an error with your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to honor your request, but we are not able to make adjustments after your order has shipped. 

Returns & Cancellations
All Pawsible product sales are final. We do not provide returns, refunds, or exchanges. Cancellations with a refund may be provided for extenuating circumstances if you contact us within 24 hours of purchasing, but are not guaranteed. Once you have received a notification that a shipping label has been created and/or once the item has shipped, your order cannot be canceled.

The leash is 5/8th inch wide Super Heavy Biothane® and is 6 feet long. Made with solid brass swivel snap clips one small and one standard and brass rivets.

 

The small clip is perfect for use with a gentle leader and is lighter than a standard brass snap. The end with the smaller snap has a traffic lead that can be used for handling. The traffic handle can become a regular leash handle and the small snap can hold poop bag holders or keys when using the leash as a single connection instead of double.

 

According to Biothane® USA, “BioThane® is more durable, cleanable, stronger and easier to maintain [than leather]. BioThane® is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable.

 

Product made with Biothane® can be easily cleaned using warm water and soap. No leash is 100% indestructible because of this we advise customers to regularly inspect for tears and damage and replace when needed. We do not recommend using these leashes to tie dogs out.
