Our Chapter

In Pawsible's Capitol Chapter, all puppy raisers for
Guide Dog Foundation and America's Vet Dogs are eligible to receive Pawsible assistance.

This includes puppy raisers from University of Maryland-College Park and Towson University.

The Capitol Chapter is the alpha and founding chapter of Pawsible Inc.

Meet Our Leaders

SCOTT HOWARTH

Chapter Representative

Scott has been puppy raising since 2018 and has raised two future guide dogs, Charlie (pictured) and Carlo. He is currently raising his first PTSD Service Dog, Toby, with America's Vet Dogs. Scott is also in the volunteer leadership for GDF at UMD as an Area Coordinator, and was previously Head of Fundraising for Terps Raising Pups.

As Chapter Representative, Scott advocates for the raisers in his chapter, ensures they are informed of opportunities for assistance and encourages them to apply.
